According to Warner Bros, the game has already sold 12 million copies in just two weeks, netting $850 million in sales revenue. With these sales figures, Hogwarts Legacy has become the fastest selling title for publisher Warner Bros.

Warner Bros has another reason to celebrate as It has also become Warner Bros.' most-played game, with 280 million hours played to date.
However, Hogwarts Legacy is not only breaking internal Warner Bros. records, but also breaking world wide web records, as it has become the largest single player game on Twitch, with 1.28 million simultaneous viewers during a peak moment around its release.
The accountants are loving it
With the game already available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, Hogwarts Legacy will be released on April 4th for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, followed by the Nintendo Switch on July 25th, potentially breaking even more records for Warner Bros.
