Final Fantasy 16 Producer Reveals PC Version Delay in Order to deliver the ultimate experience

Final Fantasy fans who are eagerly awaiting the release of Final Fantasy 16 on PC may have to wait a little longer than expected.

This is because, according to producer Naoki Yoshida, the PC version will not be released immediately following the six-month PlayStation 5 exclusivity period.

Too much time

Yoshida stated that the development team has spent a significant amount of time and resources optimizing the PS5 version of the game to give players the best possible experience.

And that while a PC version is planned, Yoshida stated that it will take longer than six months to complete, despite plans to begin work on it immediately after the PS5 release.

Understanding

Many fans were disappointed by the news, but many can understand why as good performance is rather important. However, when the PC version will be released is unknown, but it is clear that it will not be as soon as hoped.

Anticipation

Despite the PC version's delay, anticipation for Final Fantasy 16's release remains high. The game will feature a new world and characters, as well as a darker and more mature tone than previous installments in the series. The PlayStation 5 version will be available on June 22, giving fans plenty of time to prepare for the adventure ahead.
