Ubisoft+ Multi Access Subscription Now Available on Xbox, Bringing Over 60 Premium Games to Your Console!
Ubisoft+, Ubisoft's subscription service, has been extended to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, granting subscribers access to over 60 games, including Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Far Cry 6, and The Division 2. (Via Ubisoft News)

Philippe Tremblay, Ubisoft's Director of Subscriptions, revealed that discussions with Xbox began about a year ago, and that the expansion was a simple process that built on the technology that allowed Ubisoft+ to work with Amazon Luna. Tremblay claims that the catalogue will only grow in the future, giving subscribers first-day access to new releases, and that anyone who signs up through Xbox will still have access to the full library of games via PC, where they can earn exclusive in-game rewards.

The subscription service offers premium editions of some of Ubisoft's most popular titles, with many of them including DLC and additional in-game perks. The subscription is $17.99 USD per month and will automatically renew until canceled, requiring a connection to your Xbox account to use the service on your console.

Although the addition of Ubisoft+ Multi Access to Xbox is a step forward for the subscription service, some critics have noted that the selection of games available on Xbox is not as extensive as its PC counterpart. Nonetheless, the addition of more games in the future may cause this to change.
